Well Mama's adult group classes are uniquely designed to help expectant, new, and experienced mothers feel strong and healthy as they navigate the wonderful, but equally challenging journey, that is motherhood.

We wholeheartedly believe that an active lifestyle is one of the greatest gifts you can share with your family, and so children are always welcome to any of our adult classes. Babysitting is offered onsite (at a small additional cost) for some of the classes, check schedule below for further details. 

Immediate Postnatal Fitness

BABY LET’S MOVE (from six weeks postpartum)

A safe, encouraging, and dynamic way to ease back into your pre-baby fitness routine while bonding with your baby!

Course content designed to assist with:
• Postural re-education
• Core activation and re-strengthening of deep abdominal muscles
• Shortening of abdominal wall separation (diastasis recti prevention)
• Pelvic floor strengthening
• Strengthening of main muscle groups through resistance training
• Improvement of circulatory and respiratory function and increased stamina through cardio

Postnatal and beyond: strength training, high-intensity cardio, Pilates and more!

BABY LET'S GET STRONG – INDOORS (from around 12-weeks postpartum)

The ‘Baby Let’s Get Strong’ indoor class is all about getting toned and getting your strength back! Suitable from around 12-weeks postpartum, this exciting class consists of a medium-high intensity cardio warm-up, resistance training exercises with your own body weight as well as various equipment (Kettlebell, Weighted Bar, Medicine Ball, Hand Weights, Pilates Ball, Resistance Band and others) and some Pilates to cool down – always ensuring we’re not overworking muscles which haven’t yet fully recovered, and paying particular attention to pelvic floor recovery.

BABY LET'S GET STRONG – OUTDOORS (from around 12-weeks postpartum)

The ‘Baby Let’s Get Strong’ outdoor class takes place during the warmer months of the year – a great opportunity to tank some vitamin D and to turn exercise into family time, so grab a large blanket and some toys for the little ones, and get ready for a good time!

The class consists of medium-high intensity cardio warm-up, resistance training exercises with your own body weight as well as small equipment, and some Pilates to cool down – always ensuring we’re not overworking muscles which haven’t yet fully recovered, and paying particular attention to pelvic floor recovery.

Inspiring children to develop lifelong healthy habits and a passion for physical activity

From ages 2 – 4: Tiny Tots' Gym (with parent participation)
At ‘Tiny Tot’s Gym’ kids are encouraged to act like kids.  A fun environment especially designed to prepare them for life’s wonderful adventures. Our unique classes revolve around play, music, and movement. We offer children a safe and inspiring space to direct their energy, build confidence, and develop key skills.

SATURDAYS from 10:00 - 10:45

From ages 5 – 11: Mighty Kids (drop-off)
An exciting programme that focuses on fun rather than formal exercise routines, and the introduction of fundamental movement skills. Aims of the programme include:

  • Build self-esteem
  • Improve balance, coordination and control
  • Keep and build strong muscles and bones
  • Enhance motor skills
  • Improve cognitive skills

TUESDAYS FROM 16:30 - 17:15

WEDNESDAYS FROM 14:00 – 14:45

From ages 12 – 16: Teen Titans (drop-off)
A fitness programme specifically designed to help teens feel ready to take on the world. Aims of the programme include:

  • Learn proper exercise movements
  • Improve overall strength, speed and agility
  • Increase flexibility and range of motion
  • Be better prepared for sports
  • Increase stability and prevent injury
