Good nutrition walks hand in hand with regular exercise, particularly if your goal is to improve your overall wellbeing in the long run. Our general health depends on numerous factors, not all of which are always under our control, nonetheless, by making informed decisions about what we eat, we are able to take some of that control in our hands, and ultimately make incredibly positive contributions to our wellbeing.
When I talk about health, I’m talking about having a body that is working at its optimum, a body that has the energy to care for yourself and the ones who depend on you, a body that can fight off illness and keep you feeling strong. I’m talking about feeling great in your skin. I’m talking about feeling happy, and loving how you feel and look.
Well Mama does not support nor encourages any kind of dieting. Our philosophy wholeheartedly supports eating wholesome and nutritious foods most of the time, allowing yourself the occasional treat, so that you won’t feel deprived, but empowered, and in control of your own health.
Our Nutrition Coaching is aimed at teaching you to be kind to yourself, and helping you make gradual and informed changes to your eating habits, which will in turn improve your wellbeing, and consequently, the long-term health of your loved ones too. Educating yourself about how your body can work at its best is an investment that will keep on giving.
